My name is Sven Mostegl and I was born into a German Baker's family. I grew up in Southern Germany and live now in Dubai. I am passionate about bread and learned all the basics from my father.I want to change the way modern human beings, eat, to create a food brand that doesn’t compromise quality and that never ever lies to people.
Unfortunately, society has given bread a bad reputation. But I want to show you how bread can actually support your health and be super food. I am the first baker in the Middle East creating full fermented sourdough bread, which are free from any enzymes, additives or chemicals. My breads are only made from water and flour and fermentation will do the rest.
